We do not accept ANY cancellations, returns, or refunds at this time. Prior to checking out, each customer must agree to the Terms of Service. In doing so, each customer agrees to our policy of no cancellations, returns, or refunds. If a customer reaches out to us requesting a cancellation, return, or refund, we will not be able to do so. We do not accept any cancellations, returns, or refunds. 

We will do our best to accommodate cancellations that are requested during our business hours and before the order is processed. Typical processing time is within one hour of purchase but may be sooner. Once an order has been processed, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes.

You must enter your email during the checkout process to receive automated order, status, and shipping updates. If you do not enter an email, you will not receive updates. If you placed an order without providing an email or did not receive an email with your tracking number, please reach out to us at support@mmrbeauty.com and will provide you with your tracking number.

Please allow 3-5 business days after your order is processed to receive your package when shipping within the United States. Shipping times vary when the destination is outside the United States (currently do NOT offer international shipping).

Typical processing time is within one hour of purchase but may be sooner. We work hard to get packages shipped out as soon as possible to our customers, which means processing times are typically very fast.

Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day and fulfilled 1-2 business days later.

We do not currently offer any international orders or international shipping.

If a customer decides to use a mail forwarder or third party shipping carrier to receive a package outside of the United States, the customer is fully responsible for all shipping requirements being met including any and all fees, package requirements, product restrictions, forms, etc,. We cannot provide any MSDS forms or other verification info on the product.

Once a customer has placed their order, we CANNOT make any edits to the shipping address they entered. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the address entered is correct before their order is placed. There will be absolutely no cancellations, returns, or refunds given due to an incorrect address.

If you believe that your package was not delivered to the correct place or was lost, we recommend you reach out to your shipping carrier. We ensure that each package we ship has insurance covering up to $100 of the value of the package in the rare case that packages are mishandled by USPS, delivered to the wrong place, or disappear after delivery. If you believe this to be the case, the next step to resolve this issue with a lost or misplaced package is for you to reach out to your local post office to see if they have any other details, and to file a claim directly with your shipping carrier; which is USPS.

The oil mask is primarily formulated with 4 pure and natural oils: Black Seed Oil, Rosemary Oil, Castor Oil,
and Argan Oil.

It is strongly recommended you massage your scalp for 3-5 minutes before applying the oil mask.

Apply the oil to your scalp directly with the dropper. See the full tutorial video for more information.

Apply the oil to your hands first, rub your hands together, and then apply the oil directly to your hair with your hands. See the full tutorial video for more information.

Do not oversaturate your hair and scalp with the oil mask. Applying too much oil can potentially clog your hair follicles. For most people, about 2 droppers full should be enough for the scalp and 1-3 droppers full should be enough for the hair. For really thin and fine hair, one full dropper of oil or less may be enough.

It is recommended you let the oil mask sit for 3-4 hours before rinsing it out in the shower, however you can choose to leave it in for longer or less time depending on what is bringing you the best results.

When washing the oil mask out in the shower, shampooing your hair twice is recommended to properly remove all the oil. Using a clarifying shampoo is also recommended to help remove the oil fully.

Apply the oil mask once a week to your hair and scalp. If you wash your hair often, you can apply the mask more often in one week. At minimum, apply the oil mask once every week, however you can choose to apply it more often if it better fits your hair needs and wash schedule.

Consistency is key to seeing results. It is recommended to use the hair oil mask 1-2 times weekly for 3 continuous months to see the best results. That being said, you may experience benefits after only a few uses such as a hydrated scalp, soft and smooth hair, less frizz, .and increased shine. Stay consistent. The transformative results (hair growth) come after a few months of consistent use.

Our product have been deemed safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, we always suggest consulting with your physician before using.

Absolutely! This product is for all genders.

We have not seen any issues with colored or bleached hair, but we always recommend doing a patch test
before use.
